The Posture Fit kit replaces or upgrades the standard lumbar pad on the Herman Miller Aeron chair. It features a butterfly-shaped back support pad that attaches to the backrest frame and uses an adjustable tension knob with a cable system. This design helps support the base of the spine (sacrum), stabilising the pelvis and promoting a natural forward tilt of the pelvis. By doing so, it helps maintain the spine’s natural “S” shape, reducing slouching and improving overall posture during long periods of sitting.
